Founded in 1998 by two experienced Estate Agents, Howard Douglas are a well respected modern Agency dealing with residential sales and lettings, as well as land and commercial property transactions.

From our base in the lovely old Dartmoor town of Ashburton, along the A38 corridor between Exeter and Plymouth, we are able to service the numerous surrounding villages and towns, each with their own character and appeal.

Our knowledge of the local property market is, we believe, unrivalled, and our experience and contacts mean we are able to advise clients on all aspects of buying, selling or letting.
