Landscove is a small rural community located around 2 to 3 miles south of Ashburton in the rolling South Hams countryside. The village has a picturesque green, excellent primary school, pub/restaurant, church, meeting hall and plant nursery with tea rooms. The nearby village of Broadhempston has a well-stocked community shop and the renowned Ben's Farm Shop and Riverford Field Restaurant is just a short drive away.

Everyday shops and amenities are well catered for by the towns of Ashburton and Totnes (6 miles). Ashburton is also where the A38 can be joined (just seven minutes by car) giving swift access to the two Devon cities of Plymouth and Exeter.

Landscove provides the opportunity for a peaceful country lifestyle without isolation.

Green Cott is an attractive home with lovely views over neighbouring fields and countryside. A hall with double ceiling height leads to three good reception rooms and a kitchen with AGA.

Upstairs you will find three excellent double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom or shower room.

Outside, there is plenty of secure parking and a large tandem integral garage with a useful utility space. The gardens are a real feature of Green Cott and have been beautifully planted. There is an additional area, purchased from the neighbouring field, which could be used to extend the garden or for growing purposes or for keeping a few chickens, subject to any required consents.

From the A38 take the Peartree exit at Ashburton and join the road signposted Landscove (Cabbage Hill). Stay on this road for around two and a half miles or so and Green Cott will be found on the left by Woolston Green, opposite the village hall.
