Hebditch Close is a private close of just six detached houses situated off Coombe Lane in a pleasant residential neighbourhood just ten minutes or so walk from Bovey Tracey town centre.

The town has shops and facilities for day to day essentials including a Tesco express, Spar and Co-op stores, a butchers, delicatessen, cheese shop, florists, post office, Lloyds pharmacy, cafes/restaurants/pubs, weekly farmers market, primary school , dental practice and health centre.

There is a bus stop around 200 yards away In Bradley Road with regular services to Newton Abbot and Exeter.

Bovey Tracey has an active local community with many clubs and societies and cultural activities. The larger town of Newton Abbot (main line railway station) is fifteen minutes by car and Exeter city centre around half an hour.

Dartmoor National Park with its wide open spaces and picturesque moorland walks is visible from the property.

The house was completed in July 2016 and is a low maintenance, economical to run home. It would suit a family or just a couple who require space for visiting family or guests.

The living-dining room is in two distinct areas, each with bi-fold windows opening to a large sun terrace with outlook over Bovey Tracey towards Haytor and Dartmoor on the horizon. The kitchen and utility have attractive units with Silestone quartz worktops, whilst the bathroom and two en-suite shower rooms have stylish suites and individual tiling.

There is four-zone underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators with an independent thermostat to the first floor rooms. The interior doors are oak faced, with brushed chrome handles, and the majority of windows have bespoke fitted blinds by Acacia.

The garden is a sun-trap and is arranged over lawned tiers with a wide patio providing excellent space for outdoor dining and entertaining. The garage is a larger than average single and you can actually park a decent sized car in it and easily open the car doors to get in and out. It has enough space to store the usual garden equipment, bicycles etc and the convenience of an electric remote control door. A block-paved drive in front of the garage allows two cars to be parked side by side.
