Ingsdon is an ancient settlement set in the South Devon countryside, some 3 miles west of the market town of Newton Abbot. Whilst surrounded by picturesque countryside and farmland, it is a surprisingly convenient location with the A38 Expressway (Plymouth and Exeter) just a 10 minute drive away and the coastal resort of Torbay around 30 minutes, via the South Devon link road.

The excellent Stover Independent School is just a few minutes by car and Newton Abbot has a main line railway station, pedestrianised shopping centre and varied recreational facilities. Both Dartmoor and the South Devon coastline are within comfortable striking distance.

4 Otter Court is an impressive barn conversion which has been the subject of extensive refurbishment and improvement by the current owners who have loosely created two almost equal areas of accommodation at each end/wing of the building, though the property can very easily be used as a single home with the need for very little alteration. It is very flexible accommodation for multi-generational living and the large first floor landing is almost an extra room in itself.

It has character features and generous room sizes throughout whilst the four bedrooms all have smart en-suites. There is oil-fired heating plus an array of PV roof panels providing some free electricity and an income in excess of £2000 per annum over the last 12 months from the feed-in tariff. Outside, are lovely established, well planted gardens plus a paddock of approximately 0.9 of an acre, including a timber stable building.
